Now I know why some of it looked weird. They changed a lot of camera angles. We're literally seeing things from a new perspective.
There's a lot that they actually improved. Facial expressions in general, ja, but also entire cuts. Miranda running up to the Index looks a lot better this time around, and I really like what they did with "Return to Sender".

What I think Bungie did better in the original comes down to coloring (the Control Room's display. I miss the crazy neon colors, position, and details. Even then, most of Blur's work is spot on.
