Ur-didact was obvious, even the storyboards suggested he fell into a slipspace portal. but I believe Guilty Spark is the 2nd one from Greg Bear's book, again last I checked that Spark was looking for the Librarian.

Indeed, I was expecting some of these developments in Halo 5 or at least in 1 of the books but not in the comic.
