If we're counting EVERY cover, and not just the novels, I'd go with the Halo Encyclopedia. Love me some Craig Mullins, despite the tiny sniper rifle.

Favorite game cover: Halo 2 Multiplayer Map Pack. I think it's mostly nostalgia, but I really like this as a depiction of Halo multiplayer, and it's always kind of stuck out to me in that way. Halo 3 was right behind that because of its pretty complimentary colors.

Just novels- Broken Circle is easily taking my number one spot right now. Before that, Cryptum.
