But here's some resources if you want something to get off the ground running:

-Wordpress.com (They have a plethora of themes and tweaks if you know what you're doing, and is great for getting a blog or content off the ground quickly)

-Twitter Bootstrap (Pretty much the easiest way to go from 1998 site to Werld Star website design, follow their style guide.)

-JQuery (This is the best bang for your buck in terms of knowing nothing of Javascript, lots of good easy resources and docs. Only if your site needs some functionality you're not gonna get from standard HTML and CSS)
