Remaster, don't revise. The similarities between elements of Reach and Combat Evolved Anniversary are reasonable given that the Covenant and UNSC forces on Installation 04 were the same we battled on Reach. They may not have honored the 2001 styling, but it makes sense within the confines of canon. We don't face such a problem in Halo 2. I'm discouraged enough by the Reach-ness of Halo 4's look with consideration of bypassing Halo 3. The Sangheili looked modest and used their reputation, rather than appearance, to intimidate. Their armor was refined and quite beautiful coming in a rainbow of different colors and shades, including a number of accessories for the Honor Guard and Councilors. High-definition models are all I ask for. However...

New Mombasa. Somehow integrate the vastly different architecture of the city from Halo 2 and the revisions of ODST. I wouldn't mind a remodeling of the metropolitan cityscape should it mesh the styling of ODST, but keep the layout of the original from Halo 2.

Face and body animations. Wasn't Lord Hood's aide's inability to walk or move his lips the coolest thing ever! This game has quite the cast and animations are paramount to providing the most lifelike depictions possible for them.

Help a girl out. Stop the hiccups! No more loading textures in cutscenes or "burning" the game to our screens. I think the former was in Vista so that shouldn't be an issue.

Keep the fun glitches in. I cried when sword flying was patched. Make me cry for an entirely different reason. Oh, and Scarab Gun (which I've never tried). :P

Stop breaking Benjamin. That was the weirdest fucking instrumental Bungie could hope to put in. I dunno, I'm very conflicted about this considering I actually like the song and don't want much, if anything, about this game to change.

Skulls Menu. Unlocked after we've found them, of course.

Terminals. I shouldn't have to go all the way to an app to view something I unlocked in an actual video game.

Skyboxes. Not going to lie, these brought me out of the experience. Of course these were beautiful pieces, but they could have been so much better in my totally knowledgable opinion. Made me feel like I'm on a film production and these are those painted walls blocking off the road.

Theatre? I know everybody hates this, but I'd really appreciate it. :)

Multiplayer. Anything that applies above for competitive I'd like here, even if I don't want them to touch it as a new experience outside of remaking all the maps for Halo 4 or Halo Xbox One. Seems like quite a daunting task for just an anniversary edition game. BUT IF WE MUST HAS IT, there's nothing that needs to be changed. Maybe some Forge integration and armor permutations for Spartans, based on Halo 3's Mark VI variants; and Sangheili based off of Halo 2 and Halo 3 including Guards and Councilors, perhaps.

Mark VI. You've done enough to alter John's outfit, 343i. Just give us this for one or two more remakes. The original Mark VI is iconic and you had no right to alter it so drastically to begin with. Making these sort of anniversary games are for hardcore fans to reminisce and for newcomers to experience a game as faithful and refined as possible, not for you to explore and experiment with your art.
