H4 Remains of Campaign Carnage Report found.

Some notes;

~Didn't know this existed, was hitting Back at first. Turns out its Y to bring it up.
~Had Cowbell, Grunt Birthday Party, and IWHBYD on, though the icons don't show it. (The ninja star one is Assassins, btw.)
~I totally got medals and whatnot despite what the menu says, damn it."

Again, take it as you will if you don't believe him. apparently the Assassins Skull from H2 Vista was supposed to be among the normal skulls as well.
