The voting process started on the 9th but I never voted due to forgetting about it.
The rules also state that fewer winners will be made if not enough people entered. I'm hoping they haven't sent the notifications yet due to Christmas and New Years.

I've got my former Xbox MVP friend AvidX (360style.net & GetFitGamer.com) digging for info as well.
