At my site I've now posted a long illustrated article about getting and playing with a detached dropship turret in AOTCR, having been spurred into investigative action by a recent posting from kreativekill. I'll be doing movies later but the article has all the detail, especially about the various set-up options (including how to make a Banshee directly boardable from both bridges at once, a little trick I came up with).
