As a collection? Hard to say. You'll probably have better results splitting them up I think. For instance, that Cortana Joyride figure I've seen bid up to $300 on eBay, but the others I don't know.

There is a facebook group for Halo collectors (buy\sell\trade) that might give you a pretty good idea on what to ask for or even potential buyers.
