I hope it doesn't release on the 360, and takes full advantage of the One's technology. I can see two different business perspectives.

1) As you say, it's a system seller, so they put it on Xbox One only.

2) They want to profit as much as possible from this title, and since it's still early in the Xbox One's life, and the install base may not be as high as the 360's, then it'd benefit the company financially to release it on both the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One.
