22 Kills--Best Spree 0?

This is weird--has this happened to anybody before?

I joined a BTB game in the mid, and killed a bunch of people(died twice) but there were a handful of instances(I know I got at least two Doubles) where my kills weren't adding up correctly. Luckily, they still counted, so I helped them win, but I didn't get any spree or multi-kill medals.

What happened?
