Customs Night is coming around for another pass at fun. Yes, it's Customs Night, the gameplay get-together held every Friday by Community Customs (despite appearances, we're not quite shut down either). It's where we play custom and standard gametypes on custom maps (and occasionally standard maps), ranging from downright silly to very competitive-- and sometimes both at once. If that sounds like a good time, why don't you sign up and join us? You can do that by replying to this post with your gamertag and saying you want to play, in which case you'll get a message when we're about to start. As I said, that would be Friday, and specifically it will be 9:00 PM Eastern time. We'll be playing Halo 4 this week-- Halo 3 is free for now, and we'll play it soon, but it just became free, and there's a get-together in it by another group (or person?) tonight (pretty soon, actually).
As for rules, regulations, guidelines, etc., as long as you don't act like a jerk, all there is to remember is that a Community Customs administrator* will have party lead at all times†, so if you want to play something we don't have you'll have to put it in your file share, and we won't run any modded maps or gametypes (we don't want to get anyone banned). We encourage people (strongly, even) to bring maps and gametypes and give constructive feedback on them to each other-- if something is yours, great; if it's not, that's fine too as long as you don't claim it is.
Also, I would like to apologize for the lateness of this, it's bordering on ridiculous.
