Someone mentioned this same thing on Waypoint about 5 months ago. That forum post includes a link to pics sharper than yours, where the text can be read (none of it mentioning MC). Also found a picture here, not as sharp.

More interesting and substantial though, read Staring down destiny in somebody's wargaming blog from 2011; a piece which mentions MJOLNIR in connection with graphene.

I'll also mention that you can hear a 28-minute broadcast on graphene from the BBC World Service, in their Discovery series. Graphene - the new wonder material, from 2010. I remember listening to that. Oh, and here's an article from 2013: Is graphene really a wonder-material?.
