The rest I've only got in versions that are worse than what you've listed - or not at all. (I'm not sure what you're calling 'Finish the Fight' or 'Road to Recon', for example.)

I'm not sure what the best way to get these to you is - this is 3 gigs worth of files, and I'd get crushed if I just posted them. :(
