: Won't believe who made number 1... :-)

Number 1... F*ck that. Seriously. No. I can't possibly be happier with that outcome.

Honorable mention number 1, the Dark Ones from Metro 2033... that's an interesting choice. I'm not sure that I would have included them though. Without having read the books first, it's really difficult for the player to form any sort of connection with them. And I can't believe that many players would have read the book beforehand. Last I knew, there was only a horribly, horribly translated copy of Metro 2033 available with all sorts of spelling and grammar mistakes. I wasn't about to subject myself to that madness. I did pick up a Russian copy when I was in Russia a few years back, but I'm still working to get my Russian up to a level where I can understand most of what's going on. Hopefully that'll be the case sooner rather than later, since I did *love* the Metro 2033 story in the game, and would like to be able to read the original novel in its original language.

But I digress... the dark ones really weren't a character/group of characters that I wished I could have saved. I mean, I did save them at the end of Metro 2033, but... yeah, if I could have included another Halo character for an honorable mention, Johnson would have been my pick.
