Something I've been thinking for a while... lots of good discussion threads with ideas and hopes and all that - how do we know they're even seen? Does someone post at waypoint the link over to the thread? Are there 343 employees lurking? I hate that there's so much great talk (constructive - even if positively critical :P) that's going potentially unseen... hopefully someone's on it!
