You clearly do not play enough of these games to realize that this is an insanely stupid idea, and would turn them into a stupid casual fest ruining what makes them great.

It seems your problem is that you don't play with good people. Find some friends and play with them. If matchmaking gives you a bad team, take it upon yourself to play with people you DO want to play with.
