I learned something embarrassing/shocking/quite frankly, upsetting about my hospital visit. The reason I wasn't properly reported in the hospital, was because the paramedics classified me as homeless. I couldn't believe it; I was flabbergasted.

Now, I'm not gonna lie, the suit I had on was less than $3,700.

I had my Brutal Legend shirt on, some shorts, and the torn aqua socks I normally wear to the pool(torn thanks to Dino). So yes, I wasn't dressed to kill. But the items in my pockets proved more than enough that I have a home. Or at least, a place to live.

I understand that they were a little busy saving my life--but when they stabilized, undressed, de-Hulked, and tied me down, that would've been a good time to go through said pockets.

I guess the wallet filled with cash, credit cards, and a valid current drivers license, a friggin' iPhone 4, keys to a car, a car and a suitcase full of drinks, clothes and video games says nothing in the face of comfortable yet raggedy sandals.

All those stupid paranoia news reports telling people to label their important contacts with an ICE(in case of emergency)--what's the point of having it if the EMS' aren't gonna use it?

God, what a summer.
