I wouldn't say that, I elaborated more on my personal opinion on what it meant when she altered him. The Composer is a device that has to be "tuned" to work. When the Librarian tells the Chief she has to activate something within him, accelerate his evolution I was thinking about it in terms of my other theory about the Chief having an imprint of the Iso Didact. My theory: The reason the Chief was able to survive being composed is that the Didact had the Composer tuned to accept Humans, and the Librarian changed the Chief to a point where he wasn't Human enough to get composed. I think she activated something in him to make him more like the Didact.
Just my own personal speculation.
When you're not fixated so much on what 343 is or isn't doing, you have time for that kind of stuff- its enjoyable ;)
