It can be physical, as there's no official statement that says the game is, for sure, called Halo 5. While I wouldn't be surprised if the game was called Halo 5, here is further reasons why it's speculation:

• Axis Animation, the creators of the trailer, released the video. Not 343i, or Microsoft.


• We don't know if they recently added the '5', or if it was edited out at a later date for the Conference debut


• The game could've been at a time called "Halo 5", then renamed for various reasons. Again, Microsoft or 343i have not officially stated that the game is called Halo 5. For all we know, this could be due to the possibility that they may give it a different name. We know the "trilogy" may become something bigger.

If you want to say it's officially Halo 5, that's your choice -- but I'm just throwing out awareness that one may be jumping the gun by doing so.
