Rapid Scarab destruction

Oh hold on, I wrote a short article on that business, putting forth a theory about the weirdness. See Rapid scarab destruction.

Based on what I described in the article, I'm guessing that you're simply getting struck by the damage model as it gets whizzed into position. You agree?
