I like to see this community getting together offline - LANs, Cons, whatever. So I just thought I'd post this here. I was trapped in Chicago this week for work, so I got ahold of Postmortem, who had the fantastic idea to hang out at the Adler Planetarium Thursday night. I stayed out later than I should have, given how early I got up today, but it was totally worth it. I didn't grab a lot of pics because we were too busy being science nerds and talking Halo, but here's one of Postmortem and myself outside the planetarium:

I would definitely recommend stopping by Adler if you fins yourself in Chicago and are into spacey things. Lots of great exhibits and info, including the actual Gemini 12 capsule. And what has to be the BEST planetarium show host in the world.
