Customs Night (come in, the water's fine edition)
By:General Vagueness

Customs Night is like a cross between a puppy and a zombie. It doesn't care what you want or need, it just has a single-minded drive towards one thing: playing. This eldritch event returns this Friday, and that's a good thing. If you like playing custom (and/or standard) gametypes on custom maps, you should become one of us join us and have some fun while we play Halo 4. To do that, all you have to do is say you want to play right here, in a post with your gamertag, and when we start (which will be at 9:00 PM EDT, BTW) you'll get an invite (or a message to reply to for an invite).
Things are in flux for Community Customs right now. All of the relevant people (except maybe one) have been contacted, and all of those contacted (except for one) have responded. There are decisions to be made and probably work to be done regardless of what we choose. Hopefully we'll have announcement to make soon and hopefully it'll be a positive one.
The site as it is now seems like a lost cause. How much do those of you that participated in it care about having news posts, forum posts, articles, pictures, comments, etc. kept?
Anyway, I hope to see a lot of you Friday night.
