Well, in H1 there aren't any covie Warthog gunners, but if you go traitor you could try it with a Marine of course. It wouldn't surprise me if the same thing happens (can't remember if I've ever tried it). Also, if you check BCM51 at about 1:20, you'll see Stacker failing to open fire at two very close Hunters, which might be due to their proximity - or maybe it's just because he can't get low enough elevation.
