Actually, your point about Halo 3 is kind of what I was trying to get it. Halo 3 was a great ending to the first Halo trilogy. It didn't *need* another trilogy. But if you're going to go ahead and reopen the series after such an appropriate ending, you really have to do a good job. Or else the fanboys (read: us) are going to feast upon your bones.
