Can't finish a single game without black screening

It's infuriating. It causes me to die almost every time. I'll be in a party, I'll go black screen but my team isn't.

It can't be just my connection because I connect fine in every other game. It's just halo 4.

Is there any kind of solution? Anybody else have this issue?
