I feel similar. But since I also haven't enjoyed much Halo related content for the last year, or even interested in trying some of it, the contributions I can think of turn sour and I'd rather not fill up a sparse forum with negative crap.

I enjoyed and shared many of the blogs CruelLegacy put out lately on Halo 4. I think I could do something similar and write thoughtful essays and things about the art direction, characters, story threads, and recapturing the essence of Halo...

But why does it matter? I don't think 343i is that interested in sticking to the old ways. They're doing something new and they're having success, even if that means old fragments of the community grow stagnate, change, or leave. And I don't want to be the guy who annoys the people who are enjoying Halo as it is.
