Re: The best way to improve the Terminals...

: The game doesn't really point the way, but there are objects in the world
: that react weirdly to the presence of the terminals. For instance,
: Cortana's lines on Halo are sort of strange when entering that phase pulse
: generator area and then reacts curiously about the terminal itself, and
: 343 Guilty Spark floats to and interacts with the final terminal on The Ark.

I only ever got that line from Cortana once (I think the first time I went to it on Legendary), and that's about the first time in that game you can do something that Cortana would be puzzled about, plus you have to be kind of fast and go directly there to see 343 GS interacting with that terminal (but still, that's reflected in the terminal text itself, and he does that interaction whether you see it or not, and that is pretty cool).

: Even on a purely plot level, they explain how the ball got rolling in the
: game. And that's to say nothing of their important to the overall
: narrative; they form a parallel structure which completes the weird
: Inferno thing the game has going on.

I don't think I ever read past the introduction of the article that made that connection, and likewise when I tried to read an English version of The Divine Comedy I didn't get that far, although I know a lot of what happens from other sources.... Are they really that similar?
