Sounds like something a typical PR robot would say. this is all unofficially official so don't take it as official that mods are cool the official statement is always going to be "MODS R BAD K? YOU BANNED IF USE!!". its just that they don't really seem to care that a modder made an modded custom game thats not effecting their multiplayer at all so its a non-issue.

Frank said it was okay/non-issue, isn't he pretty high up there as well?
