I'm going to tempt fate by replying to a GV post. The game in general is a lot faster.
DMR is same with slightly reduced red reticule range.
LightRifle is now best long range rifle as it has same red reticule range as DMR and fires faster than it used to. Takes one less bullet to kill than DMR.
BR and Carbine are about equal and devastating at close to mid range.
BR is because of damage increase.
Carbine got a damage increase and a reduced spread.

AR, Storm Rifle, Suppressor, and SAW got big damage boosts, but had their auto aim reduced.
Chaingun on Warthog is a lot stronger also.

I think some people dislike it because they die faster.
