In a word? Yeah. I'd Minitrue those Halo 4 designs so fast, Orwell would turn in his grave.

In my time working at a food processing plant, I've seen some incredibly stupid decisions made because of NIH syndrome and turf wars. I've seen supervisors leave, and the next guy in his place has perfectly good equipment torn out because he wants everyone to understand who's boss. I've seen mechanics needlessly ordered to tear out catwalks to service machinery, because two foremen got into a pissing match.

In other words, I believe in change for a good reason, not change-because-I-feel-like-it.
