Question About Moving Feeds*OT*

I wanted to see if I could transfer/move the unread feeds from my old computer to my new one, and I was having a bit of trouble. I'm using the same program on both(Feedreader), and as it turns out they had some instructions on how to do it, but after following said instructions, the process didn't work on my end.

So does anyone know what's a good way to transfer feed content from one computer to the next? Is it possible?
