I know a lot of people that feel that way, that while they want Halo to keep going they also wanted it to end. Ending a franchise right is really hard. I think Bungie did an acceptable job with Halo 3 but it didn't leave me satisfied personally.

IDK. I still disagree with you a bit like I said- Destiny will be *your* next Halo, of that I am sure. You might come back to check but I don't think you (and a lot of people, really) will be following Halo as closely as you once did.

And you know what?

I think that is a great thing.

Hopefully, if you (collective 'you') let it fall off the radar enough, and kinda forget about it,the next time 343 has more to show or you catch a glimpse of a trailer or something you'll be sparked again.

Who knows.

I still think more people in the hardcore communities (like HBO) just need to take a vacation from Halo, period and come back refreshed. But that's just me.
