: So I've jumped into Reach for a little bit to try and get some of the

: other variants, and have not had either the Emergency Room or All Alone
: achievements pop. Are these glitched? Do you have to be the last man
: standing for each round or something? I've definitely gotten 3 infections
: in a single round; do you have to do it without dying? I've done that at
: least once if not more.
