Is there a difference between NTSC and PAL versions of Halo 2? I know Halo 1 had marked differences between the versions with respect to fall timers, weapon firing rates, and all sorts of stuff. Anything like that for H2? Or are they identical?

Also, is there any difference between NTSC and NTSC-J for either Halo 1 or 2?

(In case you're wondering, I'm mocking up a speedrun leaderboard, and I need to know what values to specify in the "version" column.)
