True, but the used game market was a bit of a rip-off anyway.

You can usually buy games new from Amazon within a couple of months for vastly reduced prices and those will include the codes you need, so that's the smartest thing to do.

I mean, right now Amazon have Dishonored, new, for £15.99.

GAME, the UK equivalent to Gamestop, are selling it used for £14.99

Why people buy used actually baffles me more often than not.

Another example, this time just from GAME itself.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 - New - £34.99 (on offer)
Used - £29.99

...really, that business model does need some killing.

I actually sell my games myself via amazon. Not only do I get more money than GAME would give me, but the ultimate selling price for my customers is still much better than what GAME would sell it on for.
