I'm not sure this is a good idea. Yes, it's possible, but there's not going to be any way for you to tell players where the magic button is located, much less that there even is a magic button.

But if you insist, you can use a turret to block the mancannon from spawning. Then you can either make a landmine button that destroys it via chain reaction or use a vehicle pad (that can be remotely activated) that crushes the turret when the vehicle is spawned (except you have to wait 90 seconds for it to charge).
