One I can recall from The Fall of Reach is the explicit mention of the dropship containing the 75 Spartan recruits for the forest exercise being changed to an Albatross from a Pelican (presumably because we didn't know of any dropship other than a Pelican in Halo 1 and learned when the game came out that it wouldn't hold 75 kids. This was later reinforced in The Fall of Reach comic from Marvel.

They corrected the date discrepancy in Fhahad's Slipspace paper (although they missed correcting his Spartan number).

The other books have similar minor corrections, but I don't have an extensive list.

I actually provided them some of the corrections from my own notes from the original novels.
