I really am paying full price for half service. When I said my connection is down 50% of the time I wasn't kidding! The other factor is that my provider is still entrenched in 20th Century technology providing slow-ass DSL. Rather then going to the moon to get a more reliable connection, I was thinking of moving to the Amazon rain forest....I hear their Fiber Optic Internet is awesome :)
