I've worked out a temporary deal with Chip. Because he works almost non-stop, he'll have to hire someone to clean his house once a week. Instead, I'll be doing it and the money he would have paid someone else ($100+) a week will be going toward my rent. Basically he'll be paying me w/o paying me. It's still only a temporary deal. I still need to start making money to pay my food and electrical use. But it's a start.
