Am I supposed to hate almost every character except the leader of Majestic and the captain of the Infinity?

Why does it seem like everyone is making decisions with an under developed frontal lobe?

In regards to the ending: is it just me, or could we have avoided this whole mess if there were fewer people acting like idiots?

Has the UNSC gotten really slack with radio discipline?

Why does Palmer constantly hate on "egg-heads" when she owes her entire existence to them?

I think what makes this series really difficult to enjoy for me is the fact that everyone keeps arguing and no one seems to be making intelligent dialogue. Sure, there were a lot of cool moments and overall I enjoyed the gameplay, but I just can't take the story seriously when I'm constantly being frustrated by it.

And Palmer. Honestly, did a nerd steal her chocolate bar when she was a kid or something? The worst part about her attitude is that it reflects onto her subordinates so when this other guy (forgot his name) is in charge of the operation, he's constantly making fun of me for being dumb (he's the guy who says things like "This is a tough one; you have to push... a BUTTON!"). Seriously, Palmer is a bad leader and she should feel bad.

Anyway, sorry for the rant. Back to my corner.
