Lol. Well, I didn't expect that at all. I disagree about it being a strong or useful grenade, and pretty much every example was perfect in a situation where the person wasn't moving or already dealing damage to you. I've tried those techniques in practice and they rarely work. I find they're far more useful for redirecting enemy movement or slowing them down just enough for me to reload or escape if needbe. Nifty tips I suppose, I don't feel they're practical in an actual heated combat setting.
