They didn't make it clear before and now they did, in Lightning CTF you don't hold the flag out in front of you. As far as we know this is only one extra weapon option and one extra visual option and they have to go together, and for all we know the damage thing might not be changeable, and the lack of a visible flag might be a little confusing for some people, but I welcome any expansion of options, especially with CTF.
