The way I remember it, Frankie was saying no while it was no. After the no changed to a yes, he did not offer comment.

Eurogamer didn't offer the source but did claim the information was provided to them by Microsoft. Providing this is the truth, I would not expect any Halo on Steam until ~1 year after we no longer hear any official rebuttals from MS.
