343 Guilty Spark, low down and close up *VID*

More amusement in The Library, but this time a lot more peaceful. In the course of creating the save I used for the hectic shotty fun of BCM71, I encountered the Monitor very low down and recorded some footage of this novelty before moving on: see BCM72. He'd come down to have a look at a Flood body. I'll have more to show and say on this phenomenon later.
