Nah, I remember. It's more of a 50/50 problem there. Regret was in such a big freaking hurry to run off to the coordinates that by the time he got to Delta Halo, he never even once thought to check for Flood. You'd think after the incident on Alpha Halo or the Flood hanging out on the Forerunner facility that they'd be more cautious. The Elites helped open a ton of ways out for the Flood in the Quarantine Zone, and theoretically Miranda and them may have helped, but it was the In Amber Clad's undocumented takeover that leads to the Flood getting onto High Charity. Truth in all of his greatness makes a statement about how not even the Flood can stop them now, as High Charity begins to fall. He was never concerned with cleaning up any mess or Flood threat.

Speaking of which, I wonder how humanity's treating that third Halo in Halo 4 that they're just hanging out near. No problem going down and grabbing up Composers when who knows what Flood activity is down there. Hopefully none. :P
