In the end it's going to be broken down so that each area can be loaded as the need arises, or as the buttons are pressed. :P I'm planning on having each area function for one chapter, at the very least, that way the engine won't be overloaded with swapping areas in and out too much. Also, that means there's more variety throughout the whole episode from chapter to chapter.
