I totally agree with this notion, if MS wants a boost of population for the game, it would seem logical to offer DLC up for a discount or even for free. For those that managed to buy the game on sale last week, I think this would encourage old members to return to play it as well. I've only recently begun to play the game again, because I miss it so dearly. You can only play so much 4 before the calling of commanding armies returns.

As far as I know the DLC itself has only bee discounted once in those four years and never since. For a "commercial success" as a console RTS, I expected more support this many years later.
