For those of you who are interested in Halo Wars modding, I've updated "KSoft.Tool", the program which allows you to expand/build Halo Wars archive files, allowing you to access and tweak the individual game files (eg, unit stats).
Included in the new update is the ability to decrypt ERA files (instead of having to download the 1.26GB archive on Halomods containing all the decrypted ERA files from the game, sans DLC). This should also fix a problem where some users would get a 'file not found' exception relating to KSoft.LowLevel.dll or ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll. Plus a few misc fixes.

Ho, ho, ho
Reminder: This program doesn't magically make your retail Xbox (ie, the Xbox you got at GameStop) turn into a mod-playing machine. It's on the end-user to have the required hardware to play modded material. Else, the only 'use' this program is to someone is for viewing the hard numbers related to units/tech/etc of the game.
