Promethean Vision Debate w/ Halo Pros

I managed to get Elamite and Ace to commentate over Elamite's Halo 4 gameplay with heavy discussion on Promethean Vision. Is it overpowered or overrated? The comments on this video show a huge range of ideas: http://youtu.be/dF1Xh2XG9no 343 certainly can't please everyone! I hope PV won't be the only armor ability in H4 that's this cool and useful, otherwise it might need a nerf.
